Delivery and returns Policy
Delivery
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours. Incorrect Goods Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.
If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales.
Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
Returns The goods must be in their original condition .
The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day the customer received their order.
All Goods must be returned in resale condition.

Returned items should be sent recorded for the customers security.
